Zumba Zumba

Downtown Health and Fitness aims to provide a clean, safe, and helpful environment for our valued members.  With a qualified and helpful staff we are pleased to instruct you in the proper use of our equipment.  Personal trainers can assist you in creating a program designed to help you meet your personal health and fitness goals.

Downtown Health and Fitness has the newest technology in cardiovascular equipment including PRECOR treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, recumbent bikes, and climbers.  CYBEX pin loaded strength building machines target all major muscle groups.  These bilateral machines are easy to use and adjustable to fit most body types. A large selection of free weights with benches, dumbbells, and barbells expand our weight room capabilities. 

Downtown Health and Fitness offers a variety of group fitness classes included with your membership.  Classes range from high/low impact step aerobics, yoga, silver strength, circuit training, ball and Zumba.  These classes are designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels.

Our facility includes dressing rooms with lockers and showers.  All areas are handicap accessible.
